  • Builder's background: former engineer preferred
  • Strong communication: clear, concise, direct
  • Drive and velocity: quick movement and ownership of outcomes
  • Growing user instincts: caring about user experience
  • Comfort in regulated environments: partnership with Compliance, Legal, Design, Credit and Support required
  • Consumer product experience is a plus.
