About the role
- Own the end-to-end strategy, vision, and roadmap for global Membership Plans, ensuring outstanding value and world-class member experience
- Shape and scale innovative subscription experiences; define and refine membership tiers, benefits, and pricing models
- Drive product discovery, development, and delivery from greenfield concepts to optimized member journeys
- Work closely with Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, Finance, Engineering, Design to build frictionless, transparent subscription lifecycle management
- Manage lifecycle stages: sign-up, upgrades, renewals, downgrades, cancellations, and retention initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams and align efforts with organisational OKRs and goals
- Inspire, mentor, and develop product talent and provide coaching to Product Managers
- Evangelise customer insights, synthesising qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve retention and drive subscription transformation
Requirements
- 9+ years overall experience with minimum 6 years’ product management experience
- Demonstrated success leading subscription, membership, or product-led growth features throughout the full product lifecycle
- Experience in iterative discovery and delivery environments
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen; adept at defining KPIs/OKRs and driving ARR-first initiatives
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders including legal, finance, and executive leaders
- Passion for user-centric, outcome-driven product development focused on retention and lifetime value
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating complex challenges into clear plans, actions, and milestones
- Expert communicator and influencer able to articulate vision to any audience
- Demonstrated ability to develop scalable, compliant, global solutions with sensitivity to local market needs and regulatory frameworks
