About the role
- Lead product discovery to identify and validate new opportunities for the Shopping Experience team.
- Bring a checkout-first marketplace to life, delivering multi-item and multi-retailer cart functionality.
- Plan and execute a US launch (multi-item and multi-retailer cart early 2026) and scale to new markets.
- Collaborate with engineering, user research, design, and data to remove friction in payments, cart flows, and post-purchase journeys.
- Turn company strategy into team strategy and set measurable goals.
- Prioritise work, identify impactful customer and business problems, and craft creative, viable solutions.
- Own execution and delivery: support teams, unblock impediments, and ensure goals are met.
- Communicate progress and align senior stakeholders across the company.
- Participate in the Product & Design Chapter for mentoring and training to grow product career at Lyst.
Requirements
- Several solid foundational years in Product Management solving customer-facing problems in commercially driven organisations.
- Experience managing a successful e-commerce and/or marketplace product or feature throughout its lifecycle (essential).
- Comfortable setting measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) for your team.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to earn trust and push back when necessary.
- Solid experience working within Agile frameworks and with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience and proficiency using product analytics to understand customer behaviour.
- Comfortable with A/B testing concepts and drawing conclusions from incomplete data.
- Technical-minded: able to contribute to technical design discussions and define iterations and scope.
- Ability to prioritise strategic priorities against day-to-day maintenance.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Inquisitive with a hunger for learning and an impact focus.
- Inclusive team player who nurtures colleagues and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning and applying product thinking to the technology.
