• Lead product discovery to identify and validate new opportunities for the Shopping Experience team.
• Bring a checkout-first marketplace to life, delivering multi-item and multi-retailer cart functionality.
• Plan and execute a US launch (multi-item and multi-retailer cart early 2026) and scale to new markets.
• Collaborate with engineering, user research, design, and data to remove friction in payments, cart flows, and post-purchase journeys.
• Turn company strategy into team strategy and set measurable goals.
• Prioritise work, identify impactful customer and business problems, and craft creative, viable solutions.
• Own execution and delivery: support teams, unblock impediments, and ensure goals are met.
• Communicate progress and align senior stakeholders across the company.
• Participate in the Product & Design Chapter for mentoring and training to grow product career at Lyst.
