iOS Engineer

• Help build shopping experiences that customers love, whether through personalised member experiences, inspiring discovery journeys, or engaging browsing experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
• Contribute to the next generation of fashion shopping experiences by using personalisation, AI-powered experiences, and exceptional mobile design.
• Build and maintain native iOS features using modern Apple technologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to understand customer needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while continuously improving your technical skills.

Performance Marketing

• Manage the day-to-day execution of app acquisition campaigns across Meta, Apple Search Ads and Google UAC
• Monitor campaign performance closely and make ongoing optimisation decisions across bids, budgets, audiences, creative inputs and campaign structure
• Analyse performance at a granular level, using metrics such as installs, CPA, CAC, ROAS, retention and downstream conversion behaviour to identify what is driving results
• Support budget pacing and investment decisions, helping ensure spend is directed toward the highest-impact opportunities
• Work closely with creative and cross-functional partners to test messaging, formats, audiences and campaign approaches in a structured way
• Maintain clear performance reporting, turning campaign data into simple, practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help identify and troubleshoot tracking, attribution or data-quality issues in partnership with internal teams and external platforms
• Support experimentation across channels, audiences, creatives and landing / app journeys to improve efficiency and scale
• Stay current on platform changes, privacy developments, attribution shifts and app marketing best practice

• Lead, and develop a team setting clear expectations, giving regular feedback, to deliver key business outcomes
• Coach team members through problems and towards solutions
• Identify performance gaps within the team and put structured plans in place to address them quickly.
• Maintain a solid grasp of channel and business performance
• Data-led understanding of performance with clear, evidenced reasoning for any changes or fluctuations.
• Accountable for target delivery, budget and overall channel health
• Build and own the strategy, and channel roadmap, developed in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing
• Define milestones, KPIs and measurement frameworks for your tactics
• Own the testing roadmap, balancing short-term performance wins against longer-term opportunities and existing channel health
• Support and review project timelines, managing risks and dependencies across the team
• Build and maintain partnerships aligned with channel and business goals
• Act as the primary point of escalation for senior stakeholders and external partners
• Regular updates on KPIs, budget status, roadmap progress and risks
• Proactively influence strategic decision-making at a senior level, presenting clear and well-reasoned recommendations to leadership

Product Manager

• You’ll lead the Discovery roadmap, from AI Search and refinement through to personalisation, ranking and new discovery surfaces.
• You’ll decide how Lyst should understand fashion intent: the language users use, the signals they give us, the products they engage with, and the moments where they need inspiration rather than a literal search result.
• You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics and Research to turn ambiguous customer problems into sharp product bets, high-quality experiments and scalable product experiences.
• You’ll shape how AI shows up in the product – not as a novelty, but as a materially better way to search, refine, browse and discover fashion.
• You’ll use data and research to understand whether we are genuinely improving discovery: better search success, stronger engagement, more high-intent actions, more repeat usage and ultimately more orders.
• The roadmap is evolving, but likely areas include:
• - AI Search and natural language refinement.
• - Search personalisation and fashion-aware ranking.
• - Multimodal discovery, including image-led search and visual drill-downs.
• - Inspirational query responses and richer discovery journeys.
• - Reducing dead ends in search, including zero-results journeys, poor relevance and overly literal matching.
• - Using Lyst’s fashion data to make discovery feel more intelligent, more personal and more culturally aware.
