• Ownership of weekly email and Push plan, briefing into editorial/creative teams, working with them to optimise for future performance

• - Create and deliver contracted partner content across editorial, (paid) social, and newsletters, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and editorial guidelines
• - Support the delivery of partner content from concept and briefing through to publication, collaborating editors, designers, and production partners.
• - Ensure partner content meets agreed objectives while remaining relevant and credible for the Lyst audience

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Management of the audit for the year ending 31 March 2026, including the transition to new statutory auditors and a new accounting standard (FRS 101);
• Preparation of the statutory financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2026, including the move to a new presentational currency;
• Own all statutory and legislative compliance requirements of Lyst Ltd and Lyst Inc, as well as the relationship with external advisors, including tax;
• Operationalising our newly designed transfer pricing flows;
• Be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely monthly reporting, which includes deliverables for the CXO and Board;
• Meet with key stakeholders to effectively communicate performance against budget;
• Be responsible for the everyday running of the core finance team; this covers the following functions:
• Accounts payable - manage processing and paying invoices on time whilst maximising our creditor days;
• Accounts receivable - ensuring strong cash recovery from our debtors;
• Treasury - forecasting and managing our cashflow including overseeing FX trades and KYC.
