• Acquisition: Proactively source customers from our CRM (warm leads, no cold calling) to build a consistent sales pipeline
• Build trust and long-term relationships: Clearly and confidently explain the different financing options available to customers through our partners, and stay informed on industry trends, market developments and competitor activity
• Establish long-term partnerships with key customers and become their trusted advisor for future financing needs
• Financing expertise: Build on your knowledge of business financing and develop a deep understanding of the variety of lenders and products in the market
• Partner engagement: Actively manage relationships and processes with our lending partners
• CRM tracking: Record status across all funnel stages in Salesforce
• Shape a best-in-class team culture: Proactively share your experiences within the organization with the relevant stakeholders to drive improvements
• Improve the product with your feedback: Share customer feedback and your own ideas to make our product even better
