About the role

  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Collaborate with designers to produce carousels, graphics, Reels, and stories
  • Draft and manage social media calendars, adapting tone and visuals for each brand
  • Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Use tools like Canva and HubSpot to design and publish content
  • Support content creation across 4 different brands
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing collateral (digital one-pagers, ad visuals, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and learn to generate actionable insights from analytics
  • Track social media performance using HubSpot Analytics
  • Help prepare reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Explore A/B testing and data-driven improvements to optimize content
  • Support event-related promotions and partner announcements
  • Contribute to go-to-market campaigns and brand initiatives across Tidal’s client portfolio

Requirements

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal oversight
  • Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communications (agency or in-house)
  • Strong creative mindset with video editing skills (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Proficient in Canva ; Nice to have: CapCut, Sora, or other editing tools .
  • Excellent writing and copyediting skills with attention to tone and detail
  • Strong visual eye and high attention to detail
  • Organized and skilled at time management across multiple priorities
  • Familiar with digital marketing best practices and trends
  • Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and collaborative in approach
