About the role
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Collaborate with designers to produce carousels, graphics, Reels, and stories
- Draft and manage social media calendars, adapting tone and visuals for each brand
- Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Use tools like Canva and HubSpot to design and publish content
- Support content creation across 4 different brands
- Assist in developing sales and marketing collateral (digital one-pagers, ad visuals, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and learn to generate actionable insights from analytics
- Track social media performance using HubSpot Analytics
- Help prepare reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth
- Explore A/B testing and data-driven improvements to optimize content
- Support event-related promotions and partner announcements
- Contribute to go-to-market campaigns and brand initiatives across Tidal’s client portfolio
Requirements
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal oversight
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communications (agency or in-house)
- Strong creative mindset with video editing skills (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Proficient in Canva ; Nice to have: CapCut, Sora, or other editing tools .
- Excellent writing and copyediting skills with attention to tone and detail
- Strong visual eye and high attention to detail
- Organized and skilled at time management across multiple priorities
- Familiar with digital marketing best practices and trends
- Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and collaborative in approach
