About the role
- Produce and edit long-form YouTube videos end-to-end, focusing on informational and educational content
- Create short-form social video adaptations and other marketing assets
- Develop and execute creative video ideas that simplify complex financial topics
- Design infographics, explainers, and motion elements to support educational storytelling
- Incorporate 2D animation and motion graphics to elevate storytelling
- Adapt existing templates and create new visuals using MOGRTs
- Contribute to brainstorms, creative discussions, and cross-functional projects with brand, design, and marketing partners
- Balance creativity with efficiency in a fast-paced production environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of video editing experience in-house or agency setting
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and polished video content across YouTube and social platforms
- Experienced with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and comfortable collaborating with remote teams
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience with 2D animation, infographics, and MOGRTs (required)
- Strong storytelling instincts with a sharp eye for pacing, clarity, and impact
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
