Product Marketing

• Become the expert on our homeowners, competitors and AI trends shaping the consumer hiring landscape to identify opportunities and areas of differentiation, using these insights to shape product strategy and define our right to win.
• Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for our consumer AI-powered hiring experiences from insight generation and market assessment, through positioning and messaging, launch strategy, and performance measurement.
• Drive product-market fit and adoption for these experiences, identifying the ideal customer and use cases, clearly articulating the value that these products deliver to homeowners.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Research to determine how we can reduce friction and drop off in the search experience to get more customers to start a project.
• Build consistent internal and external narratives on our hiring experience in close partnership with Brand, PR, Growth and Lifecycle Marketing.
• Partner with the growth team to identify product opportunities that generate new demand and increase repeat usage among existing customers.

Product Marketing Manager – Consumer

Data Scientist

• Partner with leaders of Thumbtack's Partnerships and Commercial Programs teams to conduct in-depth quantitative analyses that guide strategic decisions
• Measure partnership performance and health, building metrics and dashboards that track the success of integrations with third-party platforms
• Design and implement A/B tests, market-based tests, and other experiments
• Build and deploy AI-powered data products, tools, and workflows that enable faster, better decision-making
• Champion AI adoption within the team—experimenting with different tools to streamline analyses, automate reporting, and uplevel team capabilities

Senior Engineering Technical Program Manager – Internal Platform Infrastructure

• Propose and conduct quantitative research into key user behaviors, product flows, and business trends; based on analysis and in collaboration with cross-functional partners, identify potential new opportunities and next steps for the product team
• Design and analyze experiments and other tests for causal inference, in collaboration with engineers, applied scientist, and economists
• Partner with product managers, engineers, etc. to help scope new features, e.g., scenario modeling for possible impact on key metrics, make recommendations on business logic of new features, etc.

• Strengthen and evolve modeling approaches to deliver insights that are both robust and actionable.
• Iterate on measurement approaches to marketing problems like channel incrementality, bolstering a robust approach to maximizing return on ad spend

Senior Data Scientist, Paid Marketing

• Drive end-to-end program management across our Business Applications and IT Infrastructure portfolios, from discovery and prioritization through implementation and operationalization.
• Lead architecture-heavy platform and integration programs across a complex, highly integrated tooling stack spanning CRM, identity, telephony, automation, and data systems; drive RFCs, design reviews, and cross-functional tradeoff discussions.
• Own vendor and third-party technical relationships, including evaluations, pilot design, contract and renewal coordination, technical escalations, and build-vs-buy recommendations.
• Program manage identity, access, and security initiatives spanning SSO, SCIM, RBAC, service accounts, device trust, zero trust, and compliance tooling rollouts.
• Drive enterprise AI platform evaluation and deployment, including LLM-based agents, tool and skill frameworks, MCP and connector patterns, governance models, security controls, observability, and adoption tracking.
• Coordinate data and workflow infrastructure initiatives across ETL/reverse ETL, system migrations, source-of-truth modeling, and business-critical integrations.
• Lead business rhythms and planning cycles for the Internal Tools Infrastructure team, overseeing OKR attainment and roadmap execution to ensure high-impact results.

Legal Operations Manager

• Own all aspects of outside counsel and vendor management, including matter lifecycle in Legal Tracker, billing guideline enforcement, invoice approvals, monthly accruals, and new firm onboarding
• Serve as primary administrator for Ironclad, managing contract submitter access, NDA workflows, HRBP signer requests, and Okta group management
• Manage AP reconciliation and finance reporting, including monthly forecasts, budget tracking across cost centers, settlement payments, and insurance procurement in partnership with Procurement
• Oversee legal mail routing, ensuring timely and accurate triage across litigation, trust & safety, payroll, and people ops
• Manage and optimize the Legal team’s tech stack (Legal Tracker, Mosaic, Ironclad, Navex/EthicsPoint, PLI, Thomson Reuters) and lead evaluation/integration of AI tools
• Maintain and improve knowledge management systems and support onboarding and due diligence initiatives
• Design and implement improvements to legal workflows (intake, billing, contract processes), define and track key metrics, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT to drive scalable solutions
