About the role
- Build and grow Thrive’s presence in Texas by cultivating strong, long-term partnerships with schools, districts, and networks.
- Own the full sales cycle in target regions, from prospecting to contracting.
- Represent Thrive at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events across the state.
- Collaborate closely with Thrive’s leadership team to align market growth strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide feedback to inform Thrive’s service expansion and product development based on district needs.
Requirements
- Served as a school or district leader (principal, superintendent, senior admin, or similar) and know how to navigate K–12 systems.
- Connector: excel at building trust and cultivating long-standing relationships with education leaders.
- Self-directed: thrive with autonomy, take initiative, and deliver results without needing close oversight.
- Texas-based: reside in Texas and willing to travel frequently within target regions.
- Mission-driven: passionate about improving education for students with disabilities.
