About the role

  • Develop and oversee the marketing strategy for the Middle East and Europe regions.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans in coordination alignment with sales objectives.
  • Build and manage both the marketing budget and long & medium-term roadmap.
  • Establish and strengthen the 3SL brand in relevant target markets.
  • Create diverse marketing content such as case studies, whitepapers, brochures, pitch decks, website copy, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize the company website to enhance lead generation capabilities.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns including LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Track and report on key marketing performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Represent Three Space Lab at industry events, trade shows, and summits.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to expand the company’s brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with business development goals.
  • Provide the sales team with effective marketing tools and collateral for pitches and demonstrations.
  • Manage and lead graphic and web design resources to deliver creative, on-brand solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing management, preferably within technology or B2B industries.
  • Experience from the real estate or proptech sector would be a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot and other B2B marketing tools such as marketing automation, email marketing, SEO and Analytics, Social Media Management, List Building and List Generation, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful marketing content and manage brand positioning across multiple markets.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting tools.
  • Ability to represent the company at external events and build strategic partnerships.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside sales and business development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
  • Agile and adaptable.
  • Previous people management experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
