Develop and oversee the marketing strategy for the Middle East and Europe regions.
Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans in coordination alignment with sales objectives.
Build and manage both the marketing budget and long & medium-term roadmap.
Establish and strengthen the 3SL brand in relevant target markets.
Create diverse marketing content such as case studies, whitepapers, brochures, pitch decks, website copy, and social media campaigns.
Manage and optimize the company website to enhance lead generation capabilities.
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns including LinkedIn and Instagram.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
Track and report on key marketing performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Represent Three Space Lab at industry events, trade shows, and summits.
Collaborate with strategic partners to expand the company’s brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with business development goals.
Provide the sales team with effective marketing tools and collateral for pitches and demonstrations.
Manage and lead graphic and web design resources to deliver creative, on-brand solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing management, preferably within technology or B2B industries.
Experience from the real estate or proptech sector would be a significant advantage.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Strong experience with HubSpot and other B2B marketing tools such as marketing automation, email marketing, SEO and Analytics, Social Media Management, List Building and List Generation, etc.
Demonstrated ability to create impactful marketing content and manage brand positioning across multiple markets.
Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting tools.
Ability to represent the company at external events and build strategic partnerships.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside sales and business development teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
Agile and adaptable.
Previous people management experience is highly desirable.
