Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary designers and writers to deliver exceptional creative work
Set the creative vision for projects and ensure alignment with client goals, brand standards, and strategic objectives
Actively contribute to design work by creating concepts, visuals, and prototypes for digital and experiential campaigns
Provide feedback and guidance to refine and elevate team work
Partner with strategy, production, development, and account teams to develop insights-driven creative solutions and ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery
Present ideas and campaigns to clients, articulating creative vision and strategic rationale
Oversee the creative process for websites, apps, AR/VR experiences, installations, activations, and more
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and troubleshooting creative challenges
Requirements
8+ years in a creative role
At least 3 years leading creative teams in an agency environment
Strong background in design; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in digital design, experiential design, and motion graphics (a plus)
Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams and mentor multidisciplinary staff
Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and user-centered design principles
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with latest trends in digital marketing, experiential campaigns, and emerging technologies
