About the role

  • Lead design initiatives across complex and ambiguous problem spaces
  • Dive deep into understanding clinicians and their needs, frustrations, and goals
  • Design experiences that turn complex workflows into intuitive, delightful tools
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship fast and iterate
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements
  • Share work early and often, and give/receive feedback that improves the team
  • Present design decisions clearly to stakeholders and team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing and shipping features across desktop and/or mobile platforms
  • Strong interaction design skills informed by a user-centered mindset
  • Visual design experience, including typography, layout, and UI design
  • Ability to balance design craft with speed and impact
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Passion for healthcare and helping people (nice to have)
  • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations (nice to have)
  • Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments (nice to have)
