About the role
- Lead SEM account management, bid optimization, and performance tracking for paid search and Product Listing Ads (PLAs)
- Manage and optimize third-party advertising channels, including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Criteo
- Ensure alignment of SEM and Display advertising with the Corporate Digital Marketing strategy
- Integrate third-party advertising channels into an Omni-channel marketing platform
- Deliver insightful analytics and post-campaign performance reports to improve future planning
- Develop new demand generation channels and advance digital marketing capabilities
- Anticipate future needs in personalization, Omni-channel delivery, and automation
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities through data analysis and market insights
- Support internal and external communication initiatives to drive awareness of the fishersci.com platform
- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing and eBusiness to refine and articulate the digital strategy
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience (10+ years) in SEM management and digital advertising oversight
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including marketing automation, predictive marketing, and ad targeting tools
- Demonstrated success in SEO and AEO activities and lead qualification programs
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- A self-starter who is motivated, independent, and able to lead across teams without direct authority
