About the role
- Accountable for strategic indication or client-specific portfolio management within a Therapeutic Unit
- Provides therapeutic expertise in project delivery execution
- Provokes critical thinking for delivery operations, financial negotiations, and risk mitigations
- Drives the overall strategy for proposals and pre-proposal opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- 10-12+ years of previous experience
- 5+ years of management responsibility
- Comprehensive therapeutic area knowledge, clinical development guidelines and directives and regulatory guidelines
- Expert knowledge of cross functional project management (Time, Quality, Cost)
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Technical and systems competency, such as effective use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to coach, mentor and lead global and/or cross-functional teams with cultural awareness
- Strong financial acumen with knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and resource management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex situations
