About the role
- Manages continuous eDiscovery case life cycle including intake of matters and litigation holds
- Partners with Regions Legal team to recommend eDiscovery strategies and provide status updates
- Manages relationships with discovery vendors and leads status calls
- Creates and maintains project documentation including data processing requirements and project workflows
- Liaises between legal team, IT, vendors, and records management
- Exercises independence of thought and refers complex problems to experts
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Three (3) years of legal related experience
- Juris Doctorate (preferred)
- Relativity Certification (preferred)
- In-house Legal experience (preferred)
