About the role
- Provide direct, hands-on management of corporate initiatives
- Develop, execute, and manage complex project plans across multiple initiatives
- Track project performance and apply corrective actions
- Lead project discovery and planning, clearly defining roles and responsibilities
- Maintain project assets and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage change requests to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Assist in refining project assets, tools, and templates throughout the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, consulting or account management
- Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
- Experience successfully leading complex corporate projects
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience presenting to executives or senior management in a corporate setting
