Lead agile scrum teams to deliver data solutions iteratively, including the development and ongoing maintenance of product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans that align with customer priorities and strategic objectives
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to surface trends, find opportunities, and deliver actionable business insights across a variety of functional domains
Collaborate with partners to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions in partnership with engineering and data management teams
Lead and optimize data and corresponding pipeline/ETL processes to ensure reliable and efficient integration from multiple sources
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights and monitor key performance indicators
Promote data quality, consistency, and governance standards across analytical work
Find opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into data workflows to improve efficiency and insight delivery
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a data or business analyst, ideally in a complex, matrixed enterprise environment
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional projects using agile methodologies, managing backlogs, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact data solutions aligned with business goals
Proven track record of leading data initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery
Solid understanding of enterprise systems and business processes (e.g., ERP, CRM, supply chain platforms, R&D systems)
Experience with procurement data domain is a plus
Proficient in SQL and data modeling for advanced querying and performance optimization
Experience working with large-scale data in warehouse or Lakehouse environments
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks)
Proficient in building visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Awareness of large language models (LLMs) and interest in applying AI/ML tools to enhance analytics
