About the role
- Drive revenue growth by leading Salesforce effectiveness and CRM execution strategy globally.
- Work with Commercial Operations director on strategy development & deployment of sales force effectiveness program.
- Define guidelines, new tools & technologies to accelerate sales team success.
- Help build robust Salesforce.com roadmap in collaboration with Sales, IT and group partners.
- Partner strongly with Marketing & Sales Training teams to deliver sales enablement experience.
- Continually evaluate and make recommendations on new SFDC-related technologies.
- Work closely with Sales Operations to track sales effectiveness strategies & tool utilization.
- Set up & maintain commercial operations bowler to supervise effectiveness of the function.
- Provide project management & PPI guidance & resources to wider commercial operations & sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years + of meaningful work experience
- Extensively used and handled salesforce.com, certifications desirable
- Consistent track record to assess technology needs, design, and roll out to a large user group with high engagement.
- Field or inside sales experience a strong plus
