Business Analyst

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, refine, and prioritize user stories and requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Analyze current digital banking processes, identify pain points, and recommend enhancements leveraging agile methodologies.
• Support automation, digitization, and regulatory compliance in solution design.

• Oversee customer service delivery to maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Support the preparation and review of periodic reports on branch performance, loan portfolio, and risk management.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to junior team members to promote development and effectiveness.
• Occasional travel to meet clients or attend offsite meetings.
