About the role
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and the Scrum framework
- Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth delivery
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization
- Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders
- Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams when required
- Mentor new Scrum Masters and contribute to the Agile community within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
