AV System Designer – High-End Resi AV, Control, Networks

Field Engineer

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems in commercial settings (office spaces, MDU's)
• Pull, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling (Category, Fiber, Access)
• Mount devices such as CCTV, access control, wireless APs, and AV equipment
• Build and lace equipment racks/panels
• Advanced setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of devices and networks
• Programming for control platforms (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron/Qsys)
• Generate as-built documentation, configuration backups, and commissioning reports
• Ensure installations are completed on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction
• Uphold company standards for presentation and safety
• Report to Director of Technology

Commercial Field Engineer – Commercial AV, Network, Control

• Creation of design and engineering documentation for low-voltage system implementation in high end residences
• Produce a bill of materials (BOM) for proposals (DTools Cloud)
• Understand and use design software (Bluebeam, DTools/Visio at minimum; ideally CAD and/or Revit)
• Apply deep understanding of signal flow, networks, lighting/shading systems, and control systems
• Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects
• Collaborate with sales team and interact directly with clients to design and deliver residential technology systems

AV Designer/Drafter – Lighting, Shading, Control

Outside Sales

• Create sales, establish and maintain client and referral relationships, curate a steady pipeline of active opportunities, and consistently hit monthly sales quota
• SELL: focus on revenue-generating activities while engineering, project management, installation, programming and service teams execute projects
• Establish and maintain referral (“annuity”) relationships with Architects, GCs, Owners Reps, Interior Designers and other trades
• Establish and maintain revenue-generating relationships with UHNWI and maintain client satisfaction to drive referrals
• Manage annual quota with three-year ramp: $1M Yr1, $1.5M Yr2, $2M Yr3
• Pipeline management: use CRM to enter leads, opportunities and activities; keep probability, close date and next steps updated
• Determine scope of work and ensure proposals align to client needs
• Work full-time (40 hrs/wk), Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm, additional hours as needed; in-person in Mountlake Terrace
• Report to Clint, Owner

Outside Sales – Luxury Residential Technology

Bookkeeper

• Full Charge Bookkeeper role to keep finance machine clean and efficient using QuickBooks
• Manage Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, Reconciliation Of Bank Accounts, Collections And Overall Cash Management
• Accounts Receivables: Track payments, process credit cards, make bank deposits, send collection letters and make collection phone calls
• Accounts Payables: Prepare weekly cash report, process checks and credit card payments
• Process monthly sales tax report
• Oversee negotiations of manufacturer, service, and insurance vendor contracts
• Assist in answering phones and invoicing
• Assist CPA firm with annual tax return and reporting
• Process payroll weekly
• Manage retirement plan
• Report to Kirill, CEO

Full Charge Bookkeeper

• SELL: You will sell; focus on revenue-generating opportunities while engineering and operations handle delivery
• Establish and maintain Referral (“Annuity”) Relationships with Architects, GCs, Owners Reps, Interior Designers, and other trades
• Establish and maintain revenue-generating Client Relationships with UHNWI and generate referrals
• Annual Quota: Three Year Ramp ($1M Yr1, $2M Yr2, $3M Yr3)
• Pipeline Management: Use CRM to enter leads, opportunities, activities; keep updated with probability, close date, and next steps
• Scope of Work: Determine SOW and ensure proposals align to client need
• Report to Scott, Director of Sales
• Work onsite at showroom (1760 Prospector Ave. Park City, UT) and company HQ (925 W 100 N # E, North Salt Lake, UT) and meet clients and partners in person

Outside Sales – Luxury Residential Lighting & Shading

• The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for creating sales, establishing and maintaining both client and referral relationships, curating a steady pipeline of active opportunities, and consistently hitting the established monthly sales quota.
• This is NOT an entry level position and the candidate will have a proven track record of outside (not inside) sales.
• Target clients are UHNWI in the built/construction environment.
• SELL: You will sell. If it isn’t revenue generating - it’s not for you. Our team of Engineers, Project Managers, Installers, Programmers, Service Techs will take care of the rest.
• Referral (“Annuity”) Relationships: Establish and maintain consistent sources of project referrals (Architects, GC’s, Owners Reps, Interior Designers, other trades)
• Client Relationships: Establish and maintain revenue generating relationships with UHNWI’s while keeping them happy and a positive source for other referrals.
• Annual Quota: Three Year Ramp ($1M/Yr 1, $1.5M/Yr 2, $2M/Yr 3)
• Pipeline Management: Use our CRM to enter in leads, opportunities, activities. Keep it updated with probability, close date, and next steps.
• Scope of Work: Determine SOW and make sure the proposals align to client need.
• Work in-person at 8 West 38th St, 6th Floor, NY NY 10018; you'll need to live in the area to network, meet with referral partners, and prospective clients.
• Full Time (40hrs/Wk); Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm); Additional hours as needed!
