About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop our field team, coaching them toward a consultative, partner-success mindset
- Deepen relationships across our integration-firm members and vendor partners
- Identify unmet needs on both sides and design solutions that create mutual value
- Facilitate natural, sustainable growth — connecting people, ideas, and opportunities
- Represent the organization at industry events and serve as a trusted face of our community
- Partner with the CEO on strategy, and prepare to carry it forward
Requirements
What you’ll need- A natural connector who builds trust quickly and keeps it
- Experienced in partnerships, business development, member relations, or partner engagement — ideally within a channel, association, buying group, or B2B community
- A strong listener and problem-solver who thinks in win-wins
- A developing leader ready for executive responsibility and an eventual top-seat path
- Comfortable with travel and in-person relationship building
