About the role

  • Support the sales team’s growth by managing and maintaining the sales tech stack
  • Assist Director of Sales Ops with onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps
  • Ensure new sales reps are set up correctly from a tech perspective before taking live calls
  • Implement and set up new tech stack, systems, and processes
  • Communicate with brand marketing teams on lead flow initiatives and integrations
  • Create and manage tech integrations using Zapier across systems (Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Typeform, OnceHub, etc.)
  • Build automations and workflows in the CRM under Sales Ops instruction and oversight
  • Create new reports and dashboards in CRMs
  • Complete the full CRM configuration SOP for new accounts
  • Own all OnceHub activity: master booking links, booking pages, resource pools, rep availability, and documentation
  • Take ownership of tech-stack items in the "launching a new sales engine" SOP
  • Upload and update trainings in the sales resource center
  • Act as resident expert on sales systems and processes and manage rep adherence to CRM processes
  • Troubleshoot lead flow issues, CRM integration failures, and other tech-related issues
  • Ensure Looker Studio data accuracy

Requirements

  • Proficiency building automations in Zapier
  • Ability to learn CRMs quickly (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot)
  • Experience building automations and workflows in CRMs
  • Experience creating integrations between systems (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Typeform, Google Sheets)
  • Experience with scheduling tools (OnceHub, Calendly) and managing booking pages/resource pools
  • Familiarity with dialers and tools like JustCall
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for lead flow and integration issues
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with Sales Ops and Marketing teams
  • Detail-oriented and independent thinker
  • Teachable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
  • Experience uploading and maintaining training materials and SOP adherence
