• Ensure WFS’s revenue infrastructure gets built, integrated, and executed without chaos, burnout, or missed timelines
• Drive complex, multi-week and multi-month initiatives across funnels, CRM systems, and revenue tech stack integrations, and account onboarding
• Own the project map, sequencing, capacity planning, and execution cadence
• Partner with COO and CEO on quarterly strategic priorities tied to revenue operations
• Define how to execute on leadership's vision by translating strategy into structured workstreams and detailed project plans
• Manage multiple initiatives, surface tradeoffs, and bring clarity when scope is fuzzy
• Restore order when execution gets messy
• Serve as the central intake and orchestration point for Rev Ops project requests
• Build comprehensive project maps and plans for onboarding initiatives
• Track dependencies, risks, and constraints during high-intensity onboarding periods
• Drive the execution roadmap across Rev Ops and adjacent teams

• Add captions, b-roll, sound effects, pattern interrupts, and light motion graphics where appropriate
