About the role

  • Establish product strategy for Audience Data and execute strategic roadmap
  • Drive alignment with partners in Disney Ad Sales, Content Platforms, Identity, and Ad Product
  • Drive business results leveraging data, including expansion of measurement and targeting capabilities domestically and internationally
  • Lead initiatives championing the use of Disney’s first-party data to expand reach, increase match rates, and lift measurements
  • Enhance and expand Disney’s contextual products and build new applications for rich content metadata
  • Evaluate, select and integrate internal and external data sources that measure advertising effectiveness
  • Provide data solutions that enable outcome-based advertising across demand platforms
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams in Data and BI to enrich advertising insights
  • Oversee implementation of third-party metrics supporting monetization, billing and reporting
  • Lead data sharing efforts to securely share data with internal and external partners
  • Drive commercialization inputs for product launches and partner with GTM and analytics teams to define success metrics
  • Lead OKR and KPI definition for the Advertising Data Platform product team
  • Evaluate and recommend investments across staffing, partnerships and data needs
  • Manage and motivate product managers and establish standards for product specifications and backlog health
  • Partner with Engineering to architect and deliver innovation and timely product delivery

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience (Basic Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of data product managers (preferred)
  • Strong technical and domain expertise of data platforms
  • Expertise with SQL
  • Experience with data lake/warehouse solutions such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Oracle
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Experience preferably from an established technology or digital media company
