Report to the Director of Customer Experience and oversee a team of Product Managers
Establish and communicate clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, customer feedback, user and operational needs, and behavioral analytics
Oversee prioritization, grooming of product backlogs, and project phasing to deliver features effectively
Improve and lead adoption of process methodologies and documentation standards across product teams
Drive collaboration across development teams, QA, and project managers to ensure seamless execution
Ensure timely execution of work, identify and remove bottlenecks, and maintain product decision quality and solution stability
Define success metrics for key initiatives and collaborate with Insights to track and analyze performance
Mentor and coach product managers, support engagement and retention, and model leadership behaviors
Influence and inform senior leadership and cross-functional partners; gather stakeholder input and facilitate collaboration
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years product management experience in eCommerce, retail, or a related field working on customer-facing UI/technology products
1+ year in a product management leadership position with proven experience leading and mentoring others
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and adapting strategies to evolving business needs
Mastery of Agile methodologies and experience implementing best practices
Proficiency in product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday, Coda)
Familiarity with web and app development processes
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach, including experience with behavioral analytics and A/B testing (Google Analytics, Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification (preferred)

Ability to travel to Melville, NY approximately 6 times per year for internal meetings and team building
