About the role
- Own the priorities and scope for a high performing engineering team focusing on authentication
- Connect engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure timely, high-impact product delivery
- Work with product managers across the company to prioritize systemic enterprise capabilities and improvements
- Directly engage with customers to understand product usage and inform roadmap
- Join pre-sales and post-sales calls with customers, sales, and support to assist across the customer lifecycle
- Be data driven: analyze data to quantify impact of problems and opportunities
- Pitch concepts to senior leadership, collaborate with marketing, conduct user research, prototype features, iterate specs, analyze usage data, and pair with engineers on implementation
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a product manager, technical program manager, or equivalent delivering solutions in the cloud at scale for a technical audience
- Customer focus: comfortable designing for enterprises without compromising experience for individuals and small businesses
- Strong technical understanding of network signals, JavaScript, browser, and device identification techniques
- First hand experience with the techniques that attackers use to evade detection and how to combat them
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Software - the products, the buyers, the opportunities and challenges specific to providing solutions to large companies
- Proven track record shipping data-driven, secure, enterprise products at scale in a highly dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences
- May require authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license
- Bonus: Prior experience as a product manager for an external facing bot management product
- Bonus: Data-fluency — ability to work directly with data and use it to persuade others
- Bonus: Engineering fluency or technical background
- Bonus: Understanding of how the Internet works at layers 2 through 7
