Product Manager

• Own the priorities and scope for a high performing engineering team focusing on authentication
• Connect engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure timely, high-impact product delivery
• Work with product managers across the company to prioritize systemic enterprise capabilities and improvements
• Directly engage with customers to understand product usage and inform roadmap
• Join pre-sales and post-sales calls with customers, sales, and support to assist across the customer lifecycle
• Be data driven: analyze data to quantify impact of problems and opportunities
• Pitch concepts to senior leadership, collaborate with marketing, conduct user research, prototype features, iterate specs, analyze usage data, and pair with engineers on implementation
