About the role

  • Drive the Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) business development on Douyin platform
  • Establish Douyin channel strategy, forecasting and execution of key sales initiatives
  • Project management for livestreaming, content creation, paid media and campaign-driven sales
  • Budget planning & management, accurate forecasting and execution of sales initiatives
  • Coordinate Marketing, Distribution Marketing, CPA, RMA and other LOBs to ensure timely project launches
  • Build internal processes and team capability in content production, live streaming and KOL management
  • Champion management of Douyin and DP operators to foster strong rapport and long-term partnership
  • Complete Douyin business planning, communication cadence, product planning and traffic consolidation
  • Establish staged sales targets to measure regular sales/campaign performance
  • Oversee account acquisition, retention and expansion programs and upkeep of product line
  • Manage DP project performance including timeline management, budget control, finance and legal procedures
  • Support Mgr, Business development, eCom and contribute to overall China direct business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5 -8 years’ experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Minimum 3 years in Douyin account management
  • 0 to 1 Douyin account establishment experience is preferrable
  • In-depth understanding Douyin environment and hands-on experience on Douyin operation
  • Ability to use data & metrics to back up internal communication & reporting, media strategies, market insights and channel performance
  • Strong language skills with fluent Mandarin and English; able to conduct business communication and presentation in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal & learning skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly task-orientated environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to make complex decisions over Douyin account management (advertisement budget deployment, resource allocation, campaign/product launches, DP education arrangement)
