Assist with asset trafficking, creative brainstorming, writing, coordinating content days and other marketing production shoots, post, editorial and finishing of featurettes and other content pieces
Aid in the finishing process of all creative content materials such as distributing to finishing partners and legal, preparing transcripts, and QCing mixes, final color and captions
Help with internal presentations and attend production/strategy meetings (internal and external)
Support production of on-set EPK and publicity materials, character motion shoots, content days with talent, featurettes and special looks, digital/social content, specialty broadcast elements, sizzle reels, promotional partnership featurettes
Play a significant role in supporting Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Marketing Creative Content Team efforts
Requirements
Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
Proficient in all Office and project management tools including MS Office, Google Workspace, Smartsheet
Experience in producing, creative writing, film/video production, conducting interviews, or editing is preferred
Proficiency with creative software apps including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Draft, Keynote, PowerPoint, etc is a huge plus
Undergraduate Junior or Senior is preferred
Studying in Entertainment or related field
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Must be able to work 40 hrs per week, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm PST onsite
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, CA area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
