As an Associate Auto Claims Advisor, handle non-injury auto claims: verify and explain coverages, conduct liability investigations, advise customers of liability decisions, obtain police reports and witness statements, coordinate with other adjusters, document claim files, arrange and pay for repairs/rental/towing/total loss, apply estimating standards, manage claims inventory, ensure state compliance, and participate in a 14-week virtual training starting 09/29/2025 (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PT).
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features in a fast-paced setting.
Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting as required.
If working in a remote setting, capability to meet our work from home requirement.
May require Adjusters license as required by state.
2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
College Degree (preferred).
Property and Casualty industry experience preferred.
Flexibility to work any shift during the operating hours of 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
Outstanding interpersonal and strong computer navigation abilities.
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
Bilingual a plus.
Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings.
