About the role

  • Craft and produce graphic design assets from concept to final artwork
  • Coordinate and bring awareness of design, fashion, and market trends to the development of art style and new technique
  • Build strong POV or mood boards for projects
  • Contribute new graphic design ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions
  • Coordinate graphic design standards to meet brand guidelines and strategies
  • Responsible for the development of graphic design & branding for product development style guides and portfolios across multiple franchises under the direction of project design leads
  • Full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from early January 2026 to early June 2026

Requirements

  • Highly developed graphic design, logo creation, layout and composition, color, pattern making and illustration skills, as well as knowledge of basic production skills
  • Creative digital literacy specifically in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • A Diverse Portfolio showcasing a wide range of styles and creative problem solving through design work/examples
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once while meeting established timelines
  • Advanced traditional and digital drawing skills in addition to concept capabilities (preferred)
  • Previous knowledge and experience in Keynote (preferred)
  • Please apply if you are an Undergraduate student currently enrolled in your senior year, pursuing a BFA with a concentration in Graphic Design or Graphic Illustration
  • Candidates MUST: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Fully available from M-F for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
