Assigned to work on a project team in the Grid business unit and assist engineering team members in execution of project work
Support design of new and/or modifications and upgrades to transmission and distribution engineering projects
Assist in the preparation of engineering calculations, specifications, and designs
Work on project reporting tasks: tracking and evaluating project activities, project progress, and associated data
Be involved in power designs and preparation of documents and specifications for procurement of major equipment, structures, and related installation services
Work under the direction of senior engineers
Hybrid arrangement: expected to spend three days a week in the office and two days remote
Internship is part-time/temporary and does not subsidize relocation expenses
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with expected graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
Candidates pursuing other engineering degrees may be considered with relevant coursework in civil, geotechnical, strength of materials, statics, or electrical power
