• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle across legacy, cloud, containerised and third-party environments.
• Operate and coordinate the Security Penetration Testing Framework, ensuring a consistent risk-led approach to scope, frequency, execution, retesting and closure.
• Triage, prioritise and track vulnerabilities and pen test findings—ensuring clear ownership, progress visibility and timely escalation of unmanaged risk.
• Govern risk acceptance/exceptions, compensating controls and evidence for audit and regulatory scrutiny.
• Own reporting (risk posture, trends, coverage, performance) for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Drive improvements in tooling, data quality, asset coverage and testing scope—working with suppliers and internal teams.
• Establish a sustainable vulnerability management team (hiring, onboarding, performance, coaching)

Vulnerability Manager

Designer

• Develop seasonal trends, colours & ranges for Celebrity collaborations across multiproduct categories.
• Work with the trend researcher to action quick concepts and designs out for our speed to market model.
• Assist the design manager in overseeing trend presentations, trend rack ups and product selection for campaigns for womenswear.
• Present design concepts confidently in team meetings and to the wider business.
• Oversee a fast-paced department with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Collaborate with Buyers to create cohesive, commercially successful collections across Near East and Far East production.
• Work closely with Technical Designers to refine fits and construction across the department.
• Partner with suppliers to identify fabric and trim innovations, sourcing in line with seasonal trends.
• Conduct ongoing research into trends and product direction within your category.
• Apply knowledge of colour, graphics, and print to translate trends into clear design concepts.
• Produce detailed CAD designs and presentation materials using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Create accurate, comprehensive design packs for the supply chain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support sourcing and product development.
• Analyse sales performance and respond by designing fashion-forward, customer-focused ranges.

Designer – Womenswear, 12 month contract

• Providing effective and timely business tax advice
• Delivering overall UK corporation tax compliance including preparation of tax returns and group reporting requirements
• Preparing accurate tax disclosures within the financial statements
• Preparing Indirect tax returns & supporting forecasting (VAT experience non-essential)
• Ensuring the accuracy of tax forecasting and payments
• Ensuring appropriate tax governance
• Managing compliance with new UK and international regulations.
• Managing IR35 determinations, preparing PSA and employment tax disclosures
• Automating tax process using tax technology & AI

Group Tax Manager

Product Designer

• You’ll take the lead in designing intuitive, accessible, and impactful customer experiences across our digital products.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers, you’ll own design solutions from discovery through to delivery.
• Ensuring they meet user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system, lead design work across your squad or workstream, and collaborate on cross-tribe initiatives.
• Play a hands-on role in shaping the product experience, while also mentoring associate designers and role-modelling best practices in accessibility, collaboration, and product thinking.

• Partner closely with product teams in DCX and the wider business to deliver impactful user research.
• Lead your own research projects, from discovery through evaluation.
• Support the broader research practice by sharing your knowledge and best practices.
• Balance hands-on research execution with mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborate with product designers to ensure insights are deeply embedded in the product development process.
• Plan and run mixed-method research studies independently.
• Design and conduct studies that include accessibility considerations and involve users with access needs.
• Utilise tools such as Maze, UserTesting, Survicate, and Fable to gather insight.
• Interpret and synthesise findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholders.
