• Campaign leadership – plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube platforms across all levels of the funnel
• Budgeting optimisation - oversee and allocate paid social budgets across platforms and campaigns ensuring KPIs such as ROI is met
• Stake holder management - act as a main point of contact in the business for paid social and be a voice of the team though collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to translate and explain platform and internal data to report the performance of activity effectively to a range of different stakeholders

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the end-to-end reporting agenda, ensuring all board, executive and management information is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and with clear strategic insight that informs decisionmaking.
• Oversee the production of daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, commercially focused and aligned with the needs of the Executive Team, Group Finance and key stakeholders.
• Shape and drive a continuous improvement roadmap for reporting processes, tools and governance. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance analytical capability, strengthen numeric discipline, and simplify ways of working across the Finance function.
• Provide senior oversight of data systems and reporting platforms, ensuring the team maintains expert-level understanding of current and emerging tools. Work with technology partners to anticipate changes, manage risk and maximise efficiency.
• Act as a guardian of data integrity, ensuring all reporting is built on a single, trusted source of data. Establish and embed standards, controls and best practices to support consistency, reliability and scalability.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring Finance is positioned as a trusted partner in driving performance and strategic decision-making.

Pricing Analyst

• Develop, implement, and refine pricing models and strategies informed by customer behaviour, market trends, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain segmented pricing models and track model inputs versus actual performance.
• Analyse KPIs and deliver clear reporting on pricing performance and portfolio profitability to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct financial impact analysis for new initiatives, assessing risk and reward trade-offs and forecasting profitability.
• Partner with teams across marketing, product, risk, finance, and legal to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives.
• Support marketing in planning promotional campaigns and communicating pricing decisions.
• Present findings, recommendations, and strategy proposals to senior leadership in a clear and compelling format.
• Test and understand relationships between price, response, and customer behaviour and assess the resulting impact on P&L.

Credit Pricing Manager

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for all financial services products, ensuring fair value and regulatory compliance.
• Lead price and fair value assessments, representing Credit Pricing in key forums such as Customer and Product and Credit Risk committees.
• Lead design of advanced analytical models for pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking including valuation metrics including NPV, IRR, and Risk Adjusted Margins.
• Ensure automated reporting and dashboards that support performance monitoring are available for all stakeholders
• Manage framework for design, execution and analysis of A/B tests / experimentation to measure the impact of pricing changes including appropriate risk management
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with analytics, product, and engineering teams to strengthen data infrastructure and governance ensuring data integrity and consistency across all pricing analytics outputs.
