Analyst

• As a Senior Modelling Analyst you will be primarily responsible for developing, deploying and monitoring models across the credit risk life cycle (application, behaviour, collection and fraud) utilising a range of data and modelling techniques.
• You will also have the opportunity to develop bespoke models to meet a specific business need and drive benefit.
• You’ll work on multiple priorities within a fast paced, dynamic environment and need to be able to manage the expectations of stakeholders alongside prioritising your workload.

Senior Credit Risk Analyst – Modelling

Collections

• As a Credit Risk Analyst (within the Collections strategy team) you will be making the best use of the increasing amount of data available to make more informed decisions for our financial services business, ultimately creating a better experience for our customers when they experience payment difficulties.
• Reporting to the Senior Credit Risk Manager (Collections), you will work with the business to help us make the right decisions at the right times. Whether it’s providing performance analytics on Collection’s strategies, getting a better appreciation of our customer's behaviour, identifying opportunities to enhance our strategies or making the systemic changes to bring these new strategies to life, you’ll be expected to provide customer outcome and commercial insight recommendations, communicating these in a compelling, impactful way to senior stakeholders.
• You’ll need to be able to manage the expectations of stakeholders alongside prioritising your workload ensuring you’re consistently adding value to both our customers and business. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside our trusted third parties, whether that’s deploying our strategies or looking at further exciting opportunities that we can explore.
• We work very closely with our Customer Care colleagues who execute our strategies, allowing us to efficiently obtain real time insight into the challenges our customers are facing. You’ll be surrounded by the best talent across Financial Services and the wider group – working collaboratively to fulfil the ambitions of the business and the Credit Risk Department.

Communications

• Shape and deliver a clear, aligned communications strategy covering both external and internal audiences.
• Partner with the Exec and senior leaders to ensure our narrative, tone and priorities land consistently.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing communications team.
• Oversee all corporate comms, including press activity, media responses, thought leadership and digital channels.
• Manage reputational issues and support crisis communications when needed.
• Build strong relationships with media, advisors, regulators and key stakeholders.
• Lead the internal comms team to deliver engaging, timely communications and colleague events.
• Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all internal channels.
• Equip leaders with the tools they need to communicate effectively with their teams.

Full-stack Engineer

• The Lead Engineer is a key role within a Software sub-community providing technical leadership and guidance to Engineers across all squads working with them to deliver and maintain production ready, secure, stable, and performant code in line with TVG Engineering standards in a DevSecOps manner.
• They lead by example and play an active part of software design, coding, reviews, testing, and debugging.
• They are at the forefront of solving challenging technical problems, and are responsible for software engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sub-community across all squads they work with.
• Champions the adoption of relevant standards such as TVG’s SDLC, development of re-usable components, and generation of technical product roadmaps in collaboration with Engineering Managers and Architects.
• Plays an active role in maintaining a high performing software engineering team and contributes to a positive and inclusive culture where collaboration, open communication, and knowledge sharing are the norm and highly valued.
• Play a leading role in the Software technology selection for the squads they work with.

Lead Software Engineer

Performance Marketing

• Campaign leadership – plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube platforms across all levels of the funnel
• Budgeting optimisation - oversee and allocate paid social budgets across platforms and campaigns ensuring KPIs such as ROI is met
• Stake holder management - act as a main point of contact in the business for paid social and be a voice of the team though collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to translate and explain platform and internal data to report the performance of activity effectively to a range of different stakeholders
• Identify test and learn opportunities to improve performance and advance the paid social strategy and put these into effect
• Line management responsibility – Digital Marketing Manager will report into the Digital Marketing Lead for Paid Social and would be support by team of Executives.
• Keeping up to date on industry and platform trends and changes.
