Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong background in analytics, experimentation and optimisation
  • Experience leading talented teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Use SQL, Python or similar tools to uncover insights and solve complex challenges
  • Design and evaluate robust experimentation programmes with confidence
  • Build segmentation, targeting or predictive models that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Turn data into clear, engaging stories that influence decision-making
  • Partner effectively with Product, Commercial and senior stakeholders
  • Lead, coach and develop analytical talent while introducing best practice and raising capability across a team
  • Communicate complex concepts in a simple, relatable way
