Optimize Engagement: Thoughtfully follow up with no-shows and reschedules to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Strategic Insights: Use data analytics to track trends, improve coaching strategies, and refine the sales process for optimized performance.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional and unified customer experience from initial contact to ongoing support.

Requirements
Proven Coaching Background: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a coaching, consulting, or advisory role, where your primary focus was guiding individuals or businesses toward achieving their goals.
Sales management experience is a plus.
Understanding of Business Solutions: Strong grasp of Virtual Assistant Services, AI solutions, and Digital Marketing concepts.
Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and excellent skills in data analysis to inform and refine your coaching approach.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding negotiation, empathetic communication, and engaging presentation skills.
