About the role

  • Preference for candidates located in Florida, but can be a remote role.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for healthcare provider, hospital system, or health plan clients.
  • Ensure optimal adoption of PointClickCare technology and align product capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities, scale best practices, and build long-term account plans.
  • Identify training and education needs, reconcile business and product challenges, and provide ongoing consultative support.
  • Craft and deliver product utilization narratives to illustrate ROI and identify further adoption opportunities.
  • Manage strategic partnerships and cultivate collaboration among affiliated clients.
  • 30% travel expected; territory Southeastern US with occasional travel to Toronto headquarters.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably within health systems, hospitals, or acute care settings, or relevant industry exposure.
  • Must have exposure to healthcare organizations.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Exhibit strong relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Display strategic thinking accompanied by robust analytical skills and a keen sense of urgency in delivering solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools and strategic thinking with analytical skills.
  • Experience with SaaS or EHR is advantageous; entrepreneurial spirit is a strong bonus.
