• Own the account-level plan and roadmap, aligning the agency's services to each client's objectives, e-commerce goals and KPIs
• Act as the agency point of contact for clients, building trust through proactive communication and value-driven insights

• Guide, brief and pressure-test plans across agency disciplines
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across accounts, coordinating specialist teams so work is briefed, on time and to scope

• Prepare and present regular weekly and monthly reports summarising progress, insights and takeaways
• Proactively identify barriers to growth, including website UX, checkout flow, offer competitiveness and creative fatigue
• Track account budgets and progress against agreed KPIs and commercial goals
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and specialist teams to ensure outputs meet the brief and client objectives

Performance Marketing

• Define and own best-practice frameworks for structuring, testing, and scaling paid social campaigns across the agency
• Develop client-specific strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms through an e-commerce performance lens
• Build, optimise, and oversee paid social campaigns end-to-end
• Monitor budgets and performance to maximise ROI
• Lead structured creative testing across formats, copy, and audiences
• Turn testing results into clear creative direction for the team and clients
• Analyse campaign performance across paid social platforms, Shopify, and Google Analytics
• Report on KPIs, trends, and optimisation opportunities
• Champion incrementality and measurement best practice, including contribution testing and attribution analysis
• Lead, mentor, and upskill the paid social team
• Run regular training sessions across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
• Review team output and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with the Performance Account Director, creative, and strategy teams
• Stay ahead of platform changes and communicate relevant updates to the team

Paid Social Lead

Manager

• Responsible for the execution, optimisation, and ongoing management of Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio of clients
• Building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube
• Monitoring campaign performance daily, identifying trends and implementing optimisations to improve results
• Managing budget allocation and pacing to maximise performance and efficiency
• Analysing campaign data to surface insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams
• Supporting conversion tracking implementation and maintenance via Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Working with product feeds, Google Merchant Centre, and campaign integrations to support eCommerce performance
• Troubleshooting campaign and tracking issues in collaboration with peers and senior team members
• Contributing to monthly reporting with accurate data and performance commentary aligned to client objectives
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the team grows
