Director

• Oversee the spiritual development of Summit Kids through ministry programs and events at your campus
• Cast vision and implement Summit Kids ministry strategy for your campus
• Recruitment, coordination, and communication of Summit Kids volunteers
• Develop volunteers through training, discipleship, and encouragement
• Equip volunteers to effectively use the approved Summit Kids’ curriculum
• Attend Campus specific meetings and events
• Communicate the needs of your campus Summit Kids with Kids Pastor and Campus Pastor as often as needed
• Responsible for the upkeep of the Summit Kids space at your campus

Kids Director

• Administer the sending efforts of the campus.
• Execute the strategy that has been put in place and ensure the campus is following best practices and sending EPODs.
• Facilitate member participation in local outreach and international missions.
• Plan and coordinate outreach initiatives and trips.
