Provide exceptional support and customer service to an assigned caseload of Employer Groups (100–499 lives)
Manage new case activity, renewals, and amendments
Identify and promote sale of additional lines of coverage or plan improvements and promote new product offerings
Recommend plan changes and highlight product features in coordination with assigned Sales Representative
Facilitate enrollment and re-enrollment processes; conduct enrollment meetings and attend benefit fairs as needed
Cultivate and maintain relationships with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Producers, Employer Groups, Policyholders, and vendors
Collaborate internally and externally to resolve issues, negotiate professionally, and achieve best outcomes
Demonstrate core company values through timely communication, problem resolution, and professional negotiation
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must live in the NE region
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office’s assigned territory required (must be obtained within 6 months of hire and renewed per continuing education and renewal requirements)
Experience with underwriting guidelines is preferred
Experience and knowledge with Group Employee Benefits Products is preferred
Experience using Salesforce CRM is preferred
Proven ability to cultivate meaningful, effective business relationships
Exceptional customer service skills; willingness to go above and beyond
Problem solving, decision making, and analytical thinking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Travel may be required based on role, assigned caseload and territory
Criminal background investigation and employment/education/licensing verification required; must be bondable
