About the role
- Create and Drive Strategy
- Own and execute a forward-thinking partner strategy focused on innovative ISVs in supply chain and risk intelligence. You’ll help shape how entire industries adopt AI and data to drive efficiency and resilience.
- Be the Market Maker
- You’ll identify whitespace opportunities, unlock new revenue streams, and bring to life powerful, industry-relevant solutions that create real customer impact.
- Build & Lead Trusted Partnerships
- Cultivate strong, executive-level relationships with strategic partners. You’ll be their go-to resource, aligning Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud with their vision, capabilities, and growth objectives.
- Lead Joint GTM and Co-Sell Success
- Collaborate with Snowflake’s sales, product, marketing, and industry teams to design and execute compelling go-to-market programs that generate pipeline, expand adoption, and fuel growth. Discover and drive pipeline and the adoption of partner solutions throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Inspire Innovation
- Work with partners to imagine and build breakthrough solutions that tackle complex supply chain challenges — from predictive logistics and inventory optimization to supplier risk mitigation.
- Measure What Matters
- Drive accountability by tracking partner success metrics, revenue outcomes, and customer impact. You’ll manage the full lifecycle — from partner recruitment and onboarding to pipeline acceleration and deal closure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development — ideally with a focus on cloud, data, and supply chain.
- Proven success building and managing high-impact GTM partnerships in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience selling or enabling solutions in Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing, with a strong understanding of supply chain use cases like demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and supplier risk.
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills — you can speak the language of both business and technology.
- Technical fluency with data platforms, AI, and cloud infrastructure; you don’t need to be an engineer, but you can confidently represent solution value.
Benefits
- Snowflake employees must abide by the company’s data security plan as an essential part of their duties.
