Use a variety of tools and techniques to develop long term roadmaps and nearer term execution plans coordinated across teams
Gather information from across the organization and turn complex topics into actionable work for delivery teams
Expertly translate detailed plans and daily work into communication material suitable for executive audiences
Gain detailed understanding of the program and delivery teams’ work so that you can anticipate and manage risks and issues
Collaborate with team leaders and people managers to ensure team staff are well-aligned to the work
Be comfortable with performing project manager, product owner, and/or scrum master functions as needed to support delivery team operations
Develop and maintain program budget
Requirements
HS diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of project and program management experience demonstrating successful management of large, complex scopes of work
Prior experience in the financial services industry and actuarial function is beneficial
Ability to adapt, be flexible, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Expert in establishing strong relationships with leadership and fostering collaboration throughout the organization leveraging influence over authority
Excellent team player, able to work with virtual cross-functional teams
