• You establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and franchise partners, always considering profitability and continuously identifying new market potential

• You own the global end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, from customer setup to cash collection
• You continuously develop the existing O2C framework and ensure scalable structures
• You actively drive automation of core processes (e.g. EDI, Salesforce workflows, reporting)
• You manage and monitor operational KPIs such as OTIF, DSO, order accuracy, dispute rate and cost-to-serve
• You ensure high data quality, accurate customer master data and reliable order validation
• You work closely with Supply Chain & Logistics to improve delivery performance, product availability and OTIF targets
• You collaborate with Finance & Credit Control to ensure billing accuracy, dunning processes and cash flow optimization
• You work together with IT and the Transformation Office on the integration of Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA
• You further develop digital O2C capabilities such as workflow automation, EDI coverage and KPI dashboards
• Depending on development and setup, you take on extended responsibility up to the functional leadership of individual roles or topic areas

• You are responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in the Spanish and Italian market.
• You develop creative and engaging content that reflects the ESN brand identity and resonates with our target audience in Spain and Italy.
• You work closely with the international team and local partners to ensure our social media activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
• You analyze the performance of our social media campaigns and derive actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
• You ensure that ESN’s brand message remains consistent across all social media channels, keeping our audience engaged with fresh content and campaigns.
• You build up our accounts for the Spanish and Italian market and ensure engagement with the community.

• You support our Key Account Managers (KAM) in building and strengthening the company’s most important customer relationships and act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (including Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, and fulfillment partners).
• In coordination with the KAMs and other specialist teams, you prepare presentations and meetings for our partners and serve as an important content sparring partner.
• Your strong commercial mindset supports the development of new business areas and our international expansion.
• You communicate confidently and consistently with central buyers and service providers.

• You continuously optimize and enhance our OMS and workflow engine using modern Java-based architectures
• You design and implement workflows, rules and integrations within Fluent Commerce, ensuring reliable and scalable order orchestration
• You design and implement APIs, primarily using GraphQL, complemented by REST
• You collaborate closely with Product, DevOps and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions end to end
