About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You prepare personnel-related and employment-law measures, implement them, and monitor their progress.
  • You draft warnings, reprimands, transfers, contract amendments, and other HR documents in coordination with the Senior HR Business Partner.
  • You support sensitive employee cases and internal investigations by providing structured documentation and case summaries.
  • You create case files, decision templates, reports, and analyses.
  • You assist in the further development, implementation, and documentation of HR and transformation processes.
  • You maintain HR-related content in systems, templates, guidelines, and process documentation.
  • You support the operational execution of performance review and compensation processes.
  • You create and track tickets as well as follow up on People Operations requests.
  • You ensure complete, legally compliant, and audit-proof documentation.
  • You participate in HR projects in the operational environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in human resources, ideally in an operational, manufacturing, or transformation-focused environment.
  • Good knowledge of individual employment law and HR processes.
  • Experience in implementing and documenting employment-law or personnel-related measures.
  • A structured, careful, and independent working style.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • High discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
  • Confident use of HR systems and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills in collaborating within the HR organization.
  • Enjoyment in building, structuring, and sustainably implementing processes.
  • Business-fluent German and fluent English.
