About the role

  • Reporting to the Lead Systems Administrator, responsibilities will span cloud and on-prem systems, endpoint management across Windows and macOS, and supporting SQL Server resilience.
  • Support users directly via tickets and manage infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
  • Take ownership, work efficiently, and consistently deliver quality support and systems administration.
  • Contribute to a resilient, secure IT environment.
  • Work in a hybrid office located at Hoults Yard, Ouseburn Valley, and participate in team collaboration and training.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong endpoint management skills across Intune and Kandji
  • Confident in troubleshooting and documentation
  • Understand networking fundamentals
  • Manage tickets effectively within an ITSM tool
  • Working knowledge of AWS and SQL Server processes
  • Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Collaborative and committed to developing technical skills
