• As a member of the Cintra Solvers team, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding customer experience across the organisation’s entire client base.
• While you will focus on managing a specific group of clients, collaboration with the team is essential to ensure seamless service delivery to all clients, regardless of their purchased products.
• This will be a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn will be key in helping clients find the best solutions for their needs.
• You'll dedicate time to identifying at-risk clients, collaborating with colleagues across the business to address and escalate issues.
• Your deep understanding of your clients’ needs will enable you to recommend products from the Cintra suite that best support their requirements.

Account Manager – Maternity Cover

Consultant

• Providing high quality 1st line support services to customers and departmental colleagues
• Clearly communicating progress issues and risks to the appropriate stakeholders
• Retaining ownership of risks and issues, escalating where necessary
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and clients
• Attending training courses to develop relevant knowledge and skills
• Keeping up-to-date with payroll and HR policies and legislation by reading relevant literature, HMRC bulletins and internet research
• Identifying additional commercial opportunities and communicating to the appropriate level
• Corresponding with clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Accurately maintaining the company CRM system
• Creating and maintaining client relationships
• Contributing to product enhancement using CRMS
• Attending and participating in meetings and project activities
• Complying with published security policies that are applicable to the role and related activities

Support Consultant

System Administrator

• Reporting to the Lead Systems Administrator, responsibilities will span cloud and on-prem systems, endpoint management across Windows and macOS, and supporting SQL Server resilience.
• Support users directly via tickets and manage infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
• Take ownership, work efficiently, and consistently deliver quality support and systems administration.
• Contribute to a resilient, secure IT environment.
• Work in a hybrid office located at Hoults Yard, Ouseburn Valley, and participate in team collaboration and training.
