About the role
- Report to the IT Operations Manager and provide operational and strategic support for IT systems across regions
- Support and administrate a large scale estate in a Google Workspace, Azure and JAMF environment
- Build, support and maintain large scale CRM (Kustomer) and Telecoms systems (UJET)
- Troubleshoot network issues and work with senior IT to resolve problems
- Manage multiple queues of tickets using Freshservice within SLA
- Manage and run weekly joiners and leavers, account creations and deactivations
- Provide remote support to outsourced business partner call centres
- Provide All Hands meeting setup, general AV support/break-fix and support 20 Google Meeting rooms
- Support UK Office, Düsseldorf and Irish office (onsite and remote)
- Complete technical projects in line with quarterly business key results
Requirements
- Working experience as an IT Support Engineer or System Administrator
- Degree in a technical subject or industry standard certificates
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Azure, Intune and JAMF
- Strong working knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems
- Strong working knowledge of networking (Palo Alto, Aruba & Cisco products)
- iOS and Android management and support
- Possess a strong focus on customer service and IT security
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Flexibility to work outside of standard work hours to accommodate special projects or emergencies
- Desirable: AV engineer experience (Setup and support)
- Desirable: Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Aruba switches and Access Points
- Desirable: Managing large scale CRM (Kustomer) and/or ticketing systems
- Desirable: Experience using AI tools to automate real world tasks
