Content Manager

• Creating, reviewing and editing Glossaries, translation prompts to ensure translation outputs for a range of channels are up to a high standard
• Reviewing and editing copy translated from English to either Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Polish to fit brand guidelines and tone of voice

Principal Software Engineer

Paralegal

• Report to the Senior Legal Counsel and support qualified lawyers in the Legal Team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs and routine commercial contracts.
• Handle queries from PR, domains inbox and other channels.
• Review trade mark watch reports and escalate where necessary.
• Assist with operational privacy matters.
• Horizon scanning for relevant legal/regulatory developments.
• Assist with KYC, copy documents, and certification for CoSec.
• Support corporate filings and Board approvals; assist planning for Board meetings.
• Support legal issues arising from consumer complaints.
• First review of routine queries and allocate requests via legal workspace.
• Create FAQs and guidance notes to enable self-service of routine queries.
• Routine internal reporting to key stakeholders.
• Maintain the Risk Register and implement improvements to legal workspace/processes.
• File signed contracts and agreements in contract management system and cloud storage; handle requests for copy documents.

System Administrator

• Report to the IT Operations Manager and provide operational and strategic support for IT systems across regions
• Support and administrate a large scale estate in a Google Workspace, Azure and JAMF environment
• Build, support and maintain large scale CRM (Kustomer) and Telecoms systems (UJET)
• Troubleshoot network issues and work with senior IT to resolve problems
• Manage multiple queues of tickets using Freshservice within SLA
• Manage and run weekly joiners and leavers, account creations and deactivations
• Provide remote support to outsourced business partner call centres
• Provide All Hands meeting setup, general AV support/break-fix and support 20 Google Meeting rooms
• Support UK Office, Düsseldorf and Irish office (onsite and remote)
• Complete technical projects in line with quarterly business key results
