About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle qualified, warm inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns – no cold calling
Deliver a first-class customer experience to all weloveholidays customers
Advise prospective customers on destinations with expertise, credibility and authenticity
Work to and beyond sales targets – your effort determines your success
Represent weloveholidays as a brand ambassador and trusted source of information for our customers
Collaborate with the German team and report directly to the UK Offline Sales Division

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years' experience in customer service or sales with direct customer contact
Passion for the travel industry
Confidence converting leads into sales and experience working to sales targets
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds
Enthusiasm for building customer relationships, resolving enquiries, closing sales and working in a performance-driven environment
Self-motivated, responsible and committed approach – treat the role as your own business within the company
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet our customers' needs
