Payroll

• Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for a workforce of 2,000+ employees, including 150 corporate staff, distribution center personnel, and team members across 100+ retail stores in multiple states

• Process multi-state payroll in accordance with state law in Paycom, both on- and off-cycle runs
• Stay up to date on all federal and state laws applicable to payroll
• Process stop-payments, reversals, and manual checks as needed
• Manage all Payroll year-end processes in Paycom, including all W2 inquiries. Prepare and file all required government reporting; annual, quarterly, monthly
• Assist in the preparation of payroll and employee data of external audits
• Process prior quarter and year payroll adjustments
