• Provide specialized financial management services including accounting, budgeting, reporting and private award administration

Finance Specialist

Director

• Manage a portfolio of 75 – 125 donors, including donors with the capacity to give over $100,000, once the portfolio is developed
• Responsible for 75 – 125 visits and 225 – 375 moves annually
• Annual fundraising goal of $500,000 or more, along with a goal for bequest notifications
• Act independently and in supervisor’s stead as needed, exercise independent judgment to identify and solve problems

Associate Director of Development

Data Engineer

• The Senior Data Engineer focuses on the development of analytics-oriented data models and data ingestion pipelines related to three core data domains: Conservation Effectiveness, Finance, and Human Resources.
• They analyze and document end user and technology-user business requirements for data projects with wide range of complexity at varying levels of impact on organization-wide initiatives.
• They design and develop new, complex technology systems and solutions according to system requirements following TNC methodology and development best practices.
• Create data pipelines to ingest data from Workday and the conservation Hub into a shared data lake for future analysis.
• Utilize fact/dimension design principles to design, build, and maintain datamarts across three core data domains: Conservation Effectiveness, Finance, and Human Resources.
• Work with Data Governance to ensure data in the above domains are properly registered in master data management systems and data catalogs, where applicable.

Senior Data Engineer

• Identify barriers to scaling digital water solutions (policy, regulation, funding, governance, capacity) and develop practical strategies to address them
• Support the transition from pilot projects to broader adoption by defining needed changes, key stakeholders, and next steps
• Bridge technical innovation with real-world implementation conditions
• Build and manage partnerships across government, utilities, NGOs, funders, and technical partners to drive adoption
• Align Brightstorm’s pilot learnings with TNC’s Florida water strategy and broader outreach efforts
• Represent Brightstorm in external discussions on scaling and systems change
• Support development of policy, regulatory, financing, and programmatic pathways that enable wider adoption
• Translate project insights into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-makers

Director of Water Innovation Advocacy

• leads NatureVest’s team of impact finance professionals in developing and executing on impact investment and sovereign debt products.
• Provides oversight of and input into the development of both sovereign and non-sovereign transactions and new product lines, with accountability for managing teams to originate and close transactions.
• Sources investment capital and structures transactions to deliver conservation outcomes aligned with TNC’s 2030 Goals.
• Provides financing expertise to inform the development of new private equity, corporate finance and other finance mechanisms to deliver impact.
• Oversees numerous projects across relevant geographies in coordination with TNC Global Strategy and Regional Leadership colleagues.
• Cultivates new partners and opportunities.
• Manages external relationships with finance institutions, NGOs, country governments, and other key stakeholders within NatureVest’s mandate.
• Directly manages NatureVest’s Impact Investments and Sustainable Debt teams.
• Reports to the Managing Director of NatureVest.

Managing Director, Nature Finance

Human Resources

• Serves as an HR operations subject matter resource, supporting HR management with a broad portfolio of operational HR activities across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, job changes, promotions, compensation-related actions, leaves and offboarding.
• Administers and processes Workday transactions and HR operational requests such as data changes, one-time payments, terminations, alternate work location agreements and grade profile updates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal policies.
• Partners with Sr HR Manager and/or HR Director to provide support for employee relations, including intake and documentation, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and records.
• Supports recruiting and staffing operations by reviewing and updating job descriptions, assisting with job requisitions and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Manages HR administration of global mobility and location changes, including personal move requests, home office updates, and coordination with payroll and benefits.
• Ensures compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, and internal procedures by supporting audits and maintaining documentation and partnering with benefits and legal teams as required.
• Acts as a key point of contact for managers and employees on HR operational questions, interpreting policies, explaining processes, and resolving moderately complex issues through sound judgment and HR knowledge.
• Participates in HR operational projects and process improvement initiatives, including automation of reports, and refinement of HR workflows.

Senior HR Generalist, Marketing & Communications

• Provides human resources services and support including employee relations, compensation, talent management, and benefits.
• Partners with MAC HR Team for accurate execution of HR processes.
• Acts as the primary HR contact for staff and managers, managing HR inquiries.
• Maintains staff actions in HR systems (Workday) and audits records.
• Supports employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Generates and analyzes HR reports identifying trends to measure progress.
• Assists recruiters and hiring managers with recruitments including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Responds to HR-related inquiries efficiently.
• Supports training and development opportunities.

HR Generalist – Marketing & Communications

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with the PD HR Team, NAR HR Team, People Team, and Divisional and BU leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals
• Respond to moderately complex employee and management questions and issues based on knowledge of HR best practices, TNC guidelines, and local employment law
• Consult with hiring managers on the recruitment process, including creation of and/or consultation on job design, job descriptions, grade levels and compensation
• Support the HR Director in assessing workforce planning needs, including job analysis, promotions, reclassifications, restructuring, talent reviews, stay interviews, and coaching on career development pathways
• Lead the annual equity review process to ensure pay disparities are appropriately justified and/or corrected
• Implement core TNC trainings and workshops, assess training needs at the division and BU levels, and partner with the Regional Learning Manager to ensure effective delivery
• Support the Performance Partnership process and lead the annual ratings calibration process
